- Severe, often bloody diarrhea

- Fever
- Rapid dehydration
How it spreads
Spread fecal-orally; the virus is extremely hardy and survives months in soil, surfaces, and on shoes.
Prevention
Core vaccination (puppy series + boosters); keep unvaccinated puppies away from unknown dogs and public ground.
